returns policy

No refunds are given for change of mind.

 

Faulty items:


Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to you faulty or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault identified within a period of 14 days after delivery.  All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to wear and tear subsequent to receipt by the buyer will not be accepted as faulty. 

 

We will refund in full if the above requirements are met.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns (including faulty or damaged products) after 14 days of receipt.

 

KIOSK will reimburse for reasonable return postage of any product deemed to be faulty within the 14 days return period.

 

All refunds will be processed by the original payment method.

 

KIOSK will not liable for any lost or damaged items being returned, we would recommend that you pack the order as we have sent it so it arrives safely and use a courier service or registered mail for tracking purposes.

 

Damaged items:


If your package is delivered to you damaged, we will replace it if we are notified of your intention to return damaged goods within 2 business days of delivery. 

 

International returns:


To avoid any customs charges, please clearly mark international returns packages 'RETURNED GOODS'. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. KIOSK is not responsible for any return customs charges incurred. If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.
