Acme cups

Kiosk and possibly you are familiar with  NZ product design and cafe culture aficionados ACME cups. You may recognise them from the cups and saucers they produce  for the many coffee shops littered throughout Australia and abroad.
On visiting Hectors Deli in Melbourne for a sando lunch, the weight of the teaspoon that was stirring my ¾ Latte (I'm not awkward, your awkward) took all of my attention.

How can a teaspoon command authority?
Because the solid weight of it surprised me. Ive since learnt that ACME cups use the weight as a counter lever for the teaspoon so it may never fall off a saucer again. What cleverness.
After teaspoon- gate, I ordered a set of the cutlery and truth be told I have never looked back. The polished stainless steel flatware is modern, handsome and feels like King.

Kiosk is selling ACME cups cutlery by the piece so you can tailor your ideal table set. Its a really durable, dishwasher safe, hard knocking set of cutlery that you probably don't even realise you needed.

You do.
